Ingredients:
- 2 medium carrots
- Little fist full of cilantro
- Little fist full of parsley
- One inch of ginger
- 2 stalks of celery
- 4 inches of cucumber
- 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 4 leafs of kale
- ½ teaspoon of chlorella
- ½ of an avocado
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil
- Pinch cinnamon
- ½ a lemon juiced
Directions:
In a juicer, juice the carrots, cilantro, parsley, ginger, celery, cucumber, lettuce, and kale. When the juice is made put it in the blender and add the spirulina and chlorella, the avocado, coconut oil, cinnamon and lemon juice and blend until smooth and emulsified. Adding the coconut oil and avocado helps with absorption of fat soluble vitamins. It also helps to slow down absorption and prevent spiking the blood sugar as much. Adding the cinnamon helps with balancing blood sugar.
