Recipe: Bone Broth, Miso, Green Onion and Rice Noodle Soup

Serves: 1

Prep time: 10 min.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 1 and ½ tsp. miso
  • ½ cup cooked rice or other gluten free noodles
  • A pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions or chives
  • One garlic clove finely chopped
  • ¼ inch ginger finely sliced

Instructions:

In a small pot heat up the broth to a boil than turn to low and add miso noodles, salt and pepper and green onions and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy for a quick lunch or snack.
