Ingredients:
- 2 cups bone broth
- 1 and ½ tsp. miso
- ½ cup cooked rice or other gluten free noodles
- A pinch salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions or chives
- One garlic clove finely chopped
- ¼ inch ginger finely sliced
Instructions:
In a small pot heat up the broth to a boil than turn to low and add miso noodles, salt and pepper and green onions and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy for a quick lunch or snack.
